David Patrick

David PatrickThe man with two first names (actually three, if you include his middle name too).

A systems engineer by trade, David graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 1993 and has been 'making websites' since 1995. Well Studio was, in fact, his baby and today he plays a leading role in Business Development and Project Management.

By night, David plays guitar in a wedding function band.

Web Designer

Peter Burch

PBPeter is a writer, designer and artist, but not necessarily in that order.

After finishing school, Peter studied Fine Art before completing a 1st class degree in Software Systems at the University of Hertfordshire. A glutton for punishment, he went back and undertook his Masters in Digital Arts, where he created e-comics in the name of education.

Peter has worked for Well Studio since April 2008.

Senior Developer

John Barton

John is our most experienced technical developer, with skill in ASP, ASP.NET (C#) as well as database programming using MSSQL and MySQL. He is the man to call on to tackle even the most complex of programs.

John’s main goal in working life is simple: he strives to get the absolute best out of his team at any given time. Whether it’s the writing of a technical specification, the refactoring of a recursive algorithm or just a bit of banter down at the local pub – do it with style, do it with grace; learn from your mistakes but most of all, don’t hold back in relishing in your successes.

Web Developer

Paul Shoesmith

Paul ShoesmithMicrosoft Certified ProfessionalA man with a slight obsession with all things computer related, Paul has a degree in Internet Computing and is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in the .Net Framework.

One of Well Studio's technical programmers, he also provides helpdesk support with hardware and various software. Paul mainly uses the .Net Framework, with SQL server and a host of other Microsoft technologies. He also uses other programming languages and technologies, and is a supporter of open source software.

Web Developer

James Walmsley

He is experienced in a wide range of programming applications and languages with particular expertise in .Net, Macromedia Director, C#, Visual C++, SQL, and XML. As a video editor and computer graphic artist he is experienced in LightWave 3D, 3D Studio Max, Video Toaster, Photoshop and AfterEffects

James loves to go to Glastonbury.
