Importantly, whether we built the website, or you have a website that was put together by a developer long gone we can fix it, update it or add new functionality.

Contracted Maintenance Plan

If you have a need for a guaranteed turnaround and you can estimate your monthly maintenance requirements a contracted maintenance plan could be right up your street. The plan ensures your site is kept up-to-date quickly and efficiently when change requests are sent to us, it can also result in significant savings over ad-hoc updates and occasional overhauls.

An example of the sort of regular website tasks that are typically covered in a contract plan:

• Content layout and management (with ‘news’ typically updated within 24 hours, often less)
• HTML/CSS editing
• Search Engine Optimisation
• Video optimisation and conversion
• Teaser production
• Flash banners, animated GIFs

Ad-hoc Maintenance

There may be reasons why a contracted maintenance plan is unsuitable for your company; if you are unsure about your ongoing maintenance needs, if you have immediate updates that you need to address, if you are needing to outsource specific tasks, your updates are sporadic or simply you don't want to commit to a montly contract, then our ad-hoc maintenance service may be more to your liking.

We can still do all the usual site work and content maintenance, and with a fast turn around time too (though not guaranteed). We can help get your new content up with minimum hassle, even at short notice.

Ad-hoc maintenance plans are taken out where clients do not wish to have a contracted plan, but still wish to have some level of service from us, such as for occasional amendments or additions.

Benefits: Flexible maintenance, no monthly fees or commitment, tackle work on a job-by-job basis

Billing and benefits

Note: Billing for our maintenance plans takes place on a monthly or quarterly basis. We log the work carried out and report on how much allocated time has been used in the period. Unused hours are rolled over to the next month/ quarter for contracted plans*, with ‘additional hours’ (if needed) charged under our ad-hoc maintenance rates.

*Rollover amounts are up to, but do not exceed your monthly time allowance.
